Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the link between customers and our service team. You will help customers book service appointments, explain what repairs are needed, give cost estimates, and make sure they are happy with the service.

Key Responsibilities:

Talk to customers and understand their service needs
Book service appointments for customers
Explain repairs and services in a simple way
Give cost estimates for the work
Keep customers updated during the service process
Make sure customers are satisfied with the service they receive

Qualification:

ITI or Diploma in a relevant field

Experience:

1 to 3 years of experience in the same field

Skills Needed:

Good communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of vehicles and repairs
Ability to handle customer questions and complaints politely
Teamwork and time management
