About the Role:
Van Heusen is looking for a passionate and driven Retail Marketing Lead. You’ll help elevate our brand, which has over 430 stores, by enhancing consumer awareness, engagement, and experience at our retail locations.

Your Team:
You will work with a diverse group including:
- Internal Teams: Fashion Designers, Product Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Training Teams, Retail Teams.
- External Partners: Agencies, Production Houses, Freelance Creatives, Event Agencies.
What You Will Do:
- Project Management: Plan and implement new store launches and other initiatives to drive store traffic. This includes working with creators, managing visibility efforts, and organizing in-store events.
- Media Planning: Develop and manage ATL, BTL, and Digital media plans to support store success.
- Collaboration: Ensure retail activities are aligned with business goals by working closely with internal teams.
- External Coordination: Work with external partners to create engaging retail experiences that increase store visits.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the success of store activities to refine and scale successful strategies.
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage the budget for retail marketing initiatives.
- Retail Programs: Develop large-scale retail programs that enhance brand equity and business goals.
- CRM Content: Work with the CRM team to improve content and retention campaigns.
- Brand Plan: Align activities with the brand plan calendar and create engagement initiatives for each brand launch.
Qualifications:
- MBA
- 5-8 years of relevant experience
