Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Market Representative to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for increasing the college’s revenue and promoting its programs to
prospective students. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and
the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and revenue for
the college. Identify potential leads and convert them into successful enrollments.
Promotion and Branding: Establish relationships with schools, coaching centers, and other
institutions to enhance the college’s visibility.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Provide regular feedback to the management team on market dynamics and competition.
Communication and Outreach: Maintain strong communication with students and college
administration. Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the college’s courses,
facilities, and achievements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to align strategies and
achieve targets. Build and maintain partnerships with local and regional educational institutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing
1.5 to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and presentable with a professional appearance.
