Job Overview

As the Head of Marketing for Europe, you will lead the marketing efforts in the region. You will take the global marketing strategy and adjust it to fit the European market. Your job is to make sure our brand and products are well known and well liked in Europe.

You will work closely with our sales teams and outside agencies to create strong marketing campaigns and events. You’ll also help make sure our messages match the brand’s values and style.

Main Responsibilities

• Adjust the global marketing strategy for European markets

• Plan and run local and regional events that match the Grenadier brand

• Work with global teams to adapt marketing materials for local use

• Team up with sales and aftersales managers to support sales goals

• Make sure all marketing content is high quality and on-brand

What You Need

• A university degree (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Experience in leading a team and setting clear goals

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience in marketing and media, especially in B2C (business to customer)

• Creativity and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working with agencies on multiple projects

• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required

• Experience with large brands and international marketing

• Ability to manage large budgets

• Understanding of different cultures and customer needs

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
