Job Title: IT Support Technician / Network Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and motivated person to join our IT support team. In this job, you will help set up and take care of computers, software, and networks. You will also solve technical problems and make sure everything works well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set up computer hardware, software, printers, and scanners.

• Install and configure network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Monitor and take care of computers and networks daily.

• Help users when they have computer or network problems—either in person or by phone.

• Set up new user accounts and email access.

• Repair or replace computers or parts when needed.

• Test and try new technologies to see if they work well for the company.

• Support Wi-Fi network setup and maintenance.

• Install and manage Firewall UTM (Unified Threat Management) devices.

• Diagnose and fix network issues (like internet not working, slow connection, etc.).

• Work with servers in a Domain Controller (DC) environment.

• Install and configure Domain Controllers, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, and VPNs.

• Connect user computers (workstations) to the server (Domain Controller).

• Set up Group Policies to control how computers work on the network.

• Help train new or junior IT staff when needed.

• Keep records of issues and how they were solved.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.

• Willing to learn and grow in the IT field.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work in a team or alone.

• Any certification in IT (like CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft) is a plus.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and servers is helpful.
