Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing Files and Documents: Storing, updating, and organizing files, documents, and research notes.
- Data Entry: Tasks such as preparing lead lists, transcribing audio, preparing payroll info, and updating CRM systems for marketing and sales campaigns.
- Research and Reporting: Conducting industry research and preparing reports on trends or comparative analysis.
- Communication Management: Managing team calendars, scheduling meetings, replying to emails, and making phone calls for appointments.
- General Admin: Handling ad-hoc tasks like booking travel arrangements and coordinating internal communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and familiarity with tech tools (e.g., MS Office, online calendars, cloud services).
- Requirements:
- At least 18 years old and completed Senior High School.
- Tech-savvy with experience in word-processing software and spreadsheets.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Technical Requirements:
- USB headset with noise cancellation.
- Webcam.
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Internet speed: Main at least 25 Mbps, backup at least 10 Mbps.
