Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Sandton

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to executives within a dynamic and high-level environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office, have extensive experience as an Executive PA, and possess excellent multi-tasking abilities to handle a variety of projects and tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executives
Manage and prioritize the executive’s schedule, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Assist with project management and coordination of various tasks
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the executive’s office
Prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance to meet deadlines
Minimum Requirements:

Matriculation certificate (Grade 12)
Highly skilled and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Minimum of 8 years in a Secretarial/Personal Assistant role or with relevant hands-on experience
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive PA within a high-level environment
Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
