Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Johannesburg (Randburg and surrounding areas)

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. Training will be provided, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in the customer service field.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Meet and exceed target sales goals
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (NQF Level 4)
Age: 18-30 years old
Must reside in Randburg or surrounding areas
Excellent communication skills (fluent in English)
Reliable transport to commute to work
No criminal record
A passion for customer service and meeting targets
Additional Information:
Full training will be provided to the successful candidate
