Job Title: Customer Sales Executive

Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (10-Hour Shift)

Vedika Technologies is hiring a Customer Sales Executive to engage with potential customers, promote our services, and ensure they have an excellent experience. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Reach out to leads (potential customers) and communicate with them clearly.

Product Knowledge: Provide detailed and accurate information about our services, answering all customer questions.

Follow-Ups: Keep in touch with potential customers through calls and emails, making sure they’re satisfied and interested.

Team Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement and increase sales.

Record Keeping: Keep accurate notes of all customer interactions in our CRM system for future reference.
Skills Required:

Fluent in English: Strong speaking and communication skills are essential.

Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and digital tools for communication.
