Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be computer literate in MS Office, and be a team player who can work under pressure during busy periods. The role involves a variety of administrative duties, including reception tasks, data capturing, and maintaining client equipment registers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general receptionist and switchboard duties
Data capture of test and inspection reports
Maintain and update client equipment registers
General filing and record keeping
Assist with other administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 qualification
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Computer literate (MS Office)
Ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy periods
Team player with a positive attitude
