About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance performance.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide reports to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive sales initiatives.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure successful deal closures.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 7+years of proven experience in sales, preferably in software or Travel Technology Industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent problem-solving abilities
