Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws, with the ability to build a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with company goals.
✔ Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs.
✔ Oversee payroll, attendance, and performance evaluation systems.
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
✔ Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
✔ Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
✔ Maintain HR records and generate reports on workforce management.

Basic Qualifications
✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 5+ years of experience in HR management.
✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance requirements.
✔ Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
