We are seeking a results-driven Business Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive sales growth.

Job Summary:
The Business Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Holmdale Capital’s property management and real estate services. This role demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote Holmdale Capital’s property management and real estate services.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including property owners, investors, and corporate clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities within the real estate industry.
Present and demonstrate Holmdale Capital’s services, emphasizing the benefits and advantages of our property management solutions.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to secure new business.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular reports on performance and market activities.
Stay updated on property market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and ensure market competitiveness.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to clients.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of the real estate market and trends, particularly within residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Established network within the property management and real estate industry.
Experience in managing large accounts and long-term client relationships.
