What You’ll Get
You’ll work on important problems that impact 300 million people—20% of the country. You’ll collaborate with some of the smartest professionals and get experience in all aspects of product development. You’ll have full responsibility for analytics in your area, from identifying problems to presenting findings to the CEO if needed.
Your Role
- Define Metrics: Help set key metrics for our strategy and monitor performance trends.
- Analyze Problems: Work with business and product teams to understand and analyze business issues.
- Generate Insights: Conduct detailed analysis to provide clear answers and insights based on data.
- Improve Metrics: Think of ways to improve key metrics and use data to test your ideas.
- Visualize Data: Create dashboards and visualizations to make data easy to use.
- Mentor Others: Guide other analysts and help with hiring and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years in analytics roles.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business understanding.
- SQL: Ability to write complex queries for data manipulation and analysis.
- Data Handling: Experience with large data sources.
- Tools: Knowledge of Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Languages: Experience with data-analysis languages like R or Python is expected; ML model experience is a plus.
- Communication: Ability to clearly explain your ideas and findings, both verbally and in writing.
