About the Role:
As a Relationship Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, you will be responsible for understanding customer business models, evaluating their financials, and identifying new opportunities for working capital and term loan facilities, especially in the Agri, Food Processing, and MSME sectors. You will also cross-sell other banking products and collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be self-motivated and energetic, with good communication skills. Knowledge of the local language is a plus.
- Analyze customers’ business models and financials to identify opportunities for working capital and term loans.
- Promote other banking products and services.
- Work with internal bank channels and develop new customer leads through Direct Marketing Agents (DMAs) and Chartered Accountants (CAs).
- Collaborate with credit, risk, legal, technical, and other teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of customers.
- Monitor accounts closely to ensure timely completion of security processes and other requirements after loan disbursement.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in Banking and Finance, or equivalent. Fresh CA and MBA graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from various industries such as Agri Input, Accounting, Insurance, Rating Agencies, NBFCs, MFIs, or branch banking are welcome.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
